Return Policy

At M&M Meat Shops, we guarantee that every box of product will be of high quality to provide you with a rewarding eating experience. If you ever do experience a product that is not up to the usual quality standards, we want to know about it. Please return any unused portion of the product, and the box or package that it came in, to the M&M Meat Shops store of purchase, so that they may personally assist you. At the store, a form will be filled out describing the concern and your comments in detail. The form will then be forwarded on to our Head Office for evaluation. Also at the store, you will be offered a replacement product. If no product is acceptable to you at that time, you may have a refund for the full purchase price of the product. This is our 100% guarantee to you.

Ingredients and Nutrition Information on the Package

We provide a full list of ingredients as well as complete cooking instructions on the package or box of every product we sell. Both are listed in English and French. Currently, our products also list basic nutrition information including: calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates.

Health Canada has recently established requirements for more detailed nutrition information to appear on prepackaged food products sold in Canada by January of 2006. M&M Meat Shops intends to be in full compliance with these requirements by the deadline date. Information in the new format has already begun to appear on our packages. It is presented for an appropriate serving size of the product.
