Chipotle Chile Steak Rub
 
Serves 4
 
Ingredients:
 
3 large cloves of garlic
1 cup (250 mL) chopped parsley
4 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, drained
1 tbsp (15 mL) paprika
1 tbsp (15 mL) each: red wine vinegar, vegetable oil
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
4 M&M Regular Cut New York Striploin Steaks
 
Preparation:
 
In food processor, finely chop garlic. Add parsley and purée; scrape down sides with rubber spatula. Add chipotles, paprika, red wine vinegar, oil and salt. Purée into a smooth paste.

Wipe steaks dry with paper towel. Spread about 1 tbsp (15 mL) paste onto each side. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or up to 8 hours. Grill to desired doneness.
